Are pajama parties ment to be at someones home or can people go clubbing in PJ's?

I'm going to a pajama party but were all going clubbing in PJ's, I thought pajama parties we're normally at someones house ? Iv seen people fancy dress in clubs but never in PJ's

How can I make a smooth level surface?

I am by no means a pro, but I had issues with the floor in my kitchen being out of level when I built my house. Essentially, I think the foundation had a dip in it, and I installed laminate flooring, so every time someone would step there, you could feel the laminate flex a bit. What they ended up doing was pulling the laminate up and "shimming" the floor with some kind of material they spread on the floor and then "graded" to make it flat. I don't know what it was, but it looked like some sort of putty. It goes down wet and dries hard, they filled in the low spot then graded it with a straightedge to make it level with the rest of the floor.

I have been diagnosed with sarcoidosis 6 years ago. I changed work locations and after a year in the new facility and being exposed to asbestos, I fell ill with pulmonary diseases (Sarcoidosis). My question to you is, can exposure to the asbestos trigger an onset of this disease?

Any contractors have knowledge on asbestos?

Demolition of a very large old building took place in a town near by. It had asbestos in the exterior walls. A local recycling company got the job of demolition for lowest bid. The demolition took place in the middle of the night..... Very fishy. Nothing was tarp-ed. How long do asbestos particles linger? Is it on the trees & grass now? Is there any health risk? I know asbestos is bad but I thought more safety measures would be taken in the demolition of this building. Am I just paranoid???

Should I get my own inspector to inspect condo before buying?

I've heard that HOA (home owner association) may cover certain parts of the inspection (ie. termites, asbestos, radon, etc), but is it a good idea to let them do it as oppose to getting your own independent inspection? Or when they say HOA will cover, does it mean they will pay for it, and you choose the inspector. And if so, would HOA do this even before you buy the condo?
