Can you get a mortgage on a property that has a report saying the building contains asbestos?

I am buying a flat (I am a cash buyer with no mortgage) and the building asbestos report says some material in the building contain asbestos however they have been identified low risk and very low risk, would this be a problem in the future if i decide to sell, for the buyer to get a mortgage?
