Why don't republicans accept Obama as their Leader, Commander in Chief, and President?

Or at least tolerate him. He obviously is doing some things right because the country has gotten better tha when Bush ran it. He has even made huge changes like his view on Gunatanamo, Tax Cuts, and Gay Marriage. He listens to you. We might have disagreed with George Bush, but we never hated him or stooped to the level Repubicans do.
