Who do you feel is most at fault for our econmic woes?

I don't agree with hardly anything Obama has done as President, and that is mainly because most of what he has done is eerily similar to a third term of Bush. Forget the reasoning or words behind policies, and the actions/results are pretty much the same. But who is most at fault for our current situation? The debt ballooned out of control under Reagan, Bush, and now Obama so there is a lot of blame to go around.
