I beleive that me and some friends were exposed to Asbestos for 3 hours...Effects?

We are all 13-14...it was supposed to be for school...'community service'...we had to clean out a tunnel type room underneath the school...there was some brown soft stuff on wood that looked an awful lot like asbestos...we had to carry it out..there wasn't really any dust in the air..but there were many, many peices of wood with this fluffy soft brown material attached..we were down in those tunnels for approximately 3 hours...this was 2 days ago...Since I have been coughing pretty badly. I was wondering what you guys think?
