I just moved into an apartment with asbestos, should i test for airborne levels?

not really sure where its at but there are a lot of cracks in the walls and plenty of potential exposure to wall insulation and i'm downstairs with someone above (could that disturb it enough to become air bone (at high enough levels)). and should/could i test for the particles asbestos per billion particles, and if so where could i purchase this test? THANK YOU!
