IF my super intendent has exposed me to asbestos what do i do?

i spent the day breathing in a ton of dust and debris above ceiling,when i told him i needed to return to the shop for my resperator ,i was basically told there wasn't time too,if i let the boss of the company know about what happened the guy will lie his way out of it(i've seen him do it to other subcontractors in order to save his own skin no less then half a dozen times)not to mention put my employment in jeopardy
