Is there asbestos in foam insulation boards behind siding?

I'm pulling some wood siding off a house built in 1979, and I'm worried there could be asbestos in the tarpaper or foam insulation board behind the siding. Its yellow but has strands sticking out. If anyone knows please let me know so I can continue.
