Packing hospital bag for birthday. Am I missing something?

you may need more than 1 pair of pjamas/clothes. its quite easy to leak a lil blood. lots of spare undies. just be prepared- i packed for 1 night & ended up staying 6 days so my OH had to bring spare stuff. good luck
