Urban exploring:Asbestos?

Yesterday I went Urban exploring in a abandoned leather factory and when I got back home I did some research on the place and realised there was asbestos in the Building (I saw some broken asbestos tiles but didn't know they were asbestos) and now I am worried if I have inhaled any fibres or etc, i had a X-ray done and it's normal but I'm still unsure as I have a slight cough (doesn't bring up much mucus at all), I'd like to know what I can do and am I effected by asbestos?
