Barack Obama best president ever?

Ok first of all Barack is the first Black man. Second of all he went to Standford and got strait A's. He is the smartest president in the history of the America. He is a great leader and he has won numerous awards for his acheviements. He does not like president Bush but he does like Clinton. He also WAS born in the USA so there. Most of us know he is a great president. But I want to know how well he ranks all time. Is he the best? Or is he like number 5?
