Does the Bush Administration have any environmental record successes?

President signed a bill that made the biggest underwater marine park ever. It runs from Hawaii to Australia. Too bad you never heard about this. I don't know the name of the park because it is a very long Hawaiian name, but I will look it up for you. The name is papahanaumokuakeg. It is the biggest ocean preserve ever it is 139,000 square miles. To put it into perspective it is 100 times larger then yosemite. I have to say that is very significant. It was signed April 2006.
