Hi, i have a home in thailand. just today i was made aware that my roof tiles probably have asbestos in them.?

advice please leave them alone or replace them. what are the real dangers cant believe they still use asbestos here. also i have a suspended ceiling but the tiles look primarily chalk. its about 4 years old but cant trust any thai companies now. should i just leave well alone and keep an eye on the tiles or replace them now. many thanks for your advice.
