copper is the answer... you need to know what the thermal conductivity of each material is... glass and asbetos would be considered insulators I believe..... asbestos for sure as it was used to insulate houses until negative health effects were uncovered...glass might be somewhere in between... but copper has the highest thermal conductivity.
