I have a weird bump on my leg?

Today I was hiking through the wetlands of California where there was some grass and bushes my leg brushed against, it looks like a drop of water from the top but it definitely is solid, I think it could be a bug bite but I'm not sure, there's a bit of red around it but it's not a mosquito bite, there is no itching and I really didn't even feel it, is it a wart? That would be really gross Dx but if it is I'm glad to have it be on my ankle on the back :) anyway if you know what it is, what can I do to get rid of it? Thankssss =] all answers appreciated
