Turning 13 party HAS to be perfect! help please!?

Ask if you can go out independantly like say you can trust me with all my friends you guys just stay home and call them atleast every hour so they wont worry. It depends how far the beach is really, and bring a variety of food likes marshmallows, sausages like mini party food that everyone likes. No it isnt long a party doesnt really have a time plan it ends whenever everyone is ready to go sometimes it ends earlier sometimes it ends later it just depends on the fun you guys will have :)
