Who now has more influence in the world, Tony Blair or George Bush?

Tony Blair is more evil look at what he did to Clinton. It we look at what they have done since, tony blair wanted to be the president of the EU but failed, he is now Middle East envoy and look at what has happened there since he has taken over. I'm not too sure what Bush is doing now.
