Would I be able to get out of house purchase?

Yes, you should be able to get out of the contract. Consult your attorney, the real estate broker and the closing company. One or all of these should be able to help you withdraw your offer. Just be sure it is in writing and any money that you have paid as a down payment be returned to you. Any funds you have spent for inspections and so forth are not refundable.
